Swatches Not Appearing on Product Cards (Collection Pages)

Problem: Swatches appear on the product page but not on collection or grid pages.


Solutions:

  • Enable product card swatches.

Go to Settings and make sure "Product card swatches" is turned on.


  • Verify the correct theme type is selected.

The app relies on theme-specific selectors to detect product cards. If the wrong theme type is selected, it may not be able to locate card elements on collection pages.


  • Use app blocks for product cards.

Open Dashboard → "Manage app blocks" and add the product card widget to your collection templates. This improves reliability and positioning.


  • Check product group status.

Make sure the relevant product group is active and includes the products displayed in that collection.
