Stop Mode
Stop Mode allows you to completely disable the swatch component on the storefront without uninstalling or changing app settings.
To activate it, add the following query parameter to any storefront URL:
?rcl_stop=true
When enabled, the app will not initialize or render any swatches on that page.
This is useful for:
- Checking whether a layout issue is caused by the app or by the theme
- Debugging visual conflicts with custom CSS
- Testing native theme behavior without swatches
- Comparing performance with and without the component loaded
Stop Mode only affects the current URL session. Removing the parameter restores normal behavior.
