# Settings Failing to Save

**Problem:**

"There was an error saving settings" or "Error saving product group" appears.

**Solutions:**

* **Refresh the page and try again.**
This is often caused by a temporary network or session issue.

* **Check required fields.**
Make sure all required fields are filled:

    * **Internal name**
    * **Option name**
    * Each product must have an **Option value**

* **Check plan limits.**
If you are creating a new group, verify that you have not reached your product group limit under your current plan.

* **Check the browser console.**
Open Developer Tools and look for specific error messages that may indicate the cause.

* **Contact support if needed.**
If the issue continues after the steps above, share the error details and your theme name with support for further investigation.
