Settings Failing to Save
Problem:
"There was an error saving settings" or "Error saving product group" appears.
Solutions:
- Refresh the page and try again.
This is often caused by a temporary network or session issue.
- Check required fields.
Make sure all required fields are filled:
- Internal name
- Option name
- Each product must have an Option value
- Check plan limits.
If you are creating a new group, verify that you have not reached your product group limit under your current plan.
- Check the browser console.
Open Developer Tools and look for specific error messages that may indicate the cause.
- Contact support if needed.
