Settings Failing to Save

Problem:


"There was an error saving settings" or "Error saving product group" appears.


Solutions:


  • Refresh the page and try again.

This is often caused by a temporary network or session issue.


  • Check required fields.

Make sure all required fields are filled:


    • Internal name
    • Option name
    • Each product must have an Option value


  • Check plan limits.

If you are creating a new group, verify that you have not reached your product group limit under your current plan.


  • Check the browser console.

Open Developer Tools and look for specific error messages that may indicate the cause.


  • Contact support if needed.

If the issue continues after the steps above, share the error details and your theme name with support for further investigation.
