Product Group Limit Reached

Problem:


You see an error such as:


"Product group limit reached" or

"You have reached your product group limit. Please upgrade your plan to continue."


Solution:


Your current subscription plan has reached its maximum number of allowed product groups.


To resolve this:


  1. Go to Manage plan from the app navigation.
  2. Review your current plan usage.
  3. Upgrade to a higher plan to increase your product group limit.


If you recently deleted groups and still see the error, make sure you are below the limit before creating or restoring new groups.
