# Product Card Image Not Changing on Hover

**Problem:**

Hovering over a swatch on a product card does not change the card’s featured image.

**Solutions:**

* **Enable the feature.**
Go to **Settings** and make sure **"Change product card image on hover"** is turned on.

* **Verify the selected theme type.**
The app uses theme-specific selectors to locate the product card image element. If the wrong theme type is selected, the image element cannot be found and the swap will not work.

* **Ensure the product has images.**
The hovered product must have at least one product image in Shopify. If no images are available, there is nothing to display during hover.

* **Check image resolution settings.**
Confirm that **"Product card hover image resolution"** is set to a valid value and not restricted by performance settings or theme limitations.
