Product Card Image Not Changing on Hover

Problem:


Hovering over a swatch on a product card does not change the card’s featured image.


Solutions:


  • Enable the feature.

Go to Settings and make sure "Change product card image on hover" is turned on.


  • Verify the selected theme type.

The app uses theme-specific selectors to locate the product card image element. If the wrong theme type is selected, the image element cannot be found and the swap will not work.


  • Ensure the product has images.

The hovered product must have at least one product image in Shopify. If no images are available, there is nothing to display during hover.


  • Check image resolution settings.

Confirm that "Product card hover image resolution" is set to a valid value and not restricted by performance settings or theme limitations.
