Color Picker Not Working

Problem:

The eyedropper color picker does not pick colors from the product image.

Solutions:

Activate picking mode first.

Click the color swatch button to enter picking mode. The modal heading should change to indicate that you can hover over the image to set the primary or secondary color.

Check if the product has an image.

If the product does not have an image, the picker cannot extract colors. Upload at least one product image in Shopify, then reopen the color editor.

Use manual hex input as a fallback.

You can manually enter a hex color code in the input field, for example:

#FF0000 or FF0000.

The manual hex field works independently from the eyedropper tool and can always be used if automatic picking is not available.
