AI Features Not Working
Problem:
Magic Fill or AI Customize does not run, shows an error, or displays a limit message.
Common Causes and Solutions:
Error Message | Cause | Solution |

"AI usage limit exceeded. Upgrade your plan for more." | Monthly AI credit limit reached | Upgrade your plan or wait for the monthly reset |
"You've reached your AI usage limit for this month." | Monthly AI credit limit reached | Upgrade your plan or wait for the reset |
"Sorry, I encountered an error. Please try again." | Temporary processing or server issue | Try again. If the issue persists, contact support |
"Enter an option name first" | Magic Fill requires an option name | Fill in the Option name field (e.g., "Color") before using Magic Fill |
"Add products first" | Magic Fill requires products in the group | Add at least one product to the group |
"All products already have values" | All products already have option values filled | No action needed |
AI credits reset monthly after first use. You can check your current AI credit usage in the Manage plan page.
