AI Features Not Working

Problem:


Magic Fill or AI Customize does not run, shows an error, or displays a limit message.

Temporary processing or server issue

Try again. If the issue persists, contact support

"Enter an option name first"

Magic Fill requires an option name

Fill in the Option name field (e.g., "Color") before using Magic Fill

"Add products first"

Magic Fill requires products in the group

Add at least one product to the group

"All products already have values"

All products already have option values filled

No action needed


AI credits reset monthly after first use. You can check your current AI credit usage in the Manage plan page.
